Warranty Policy
Valet Hygienic Pty Ltd (ABN 36 660 308 261)
This Warranty Policy applies to products purchased on or after 1st July 2026.
At Valet Hygienic, we're committed to creating high-quality products built to last. We back that commitment with a warranty that reflects the standard we hold ourselves to.
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
The benefits given to you by this warranty are in addition to any other rights and remedies available to you under the Australian Consumer Law.
What this warranty covers
Valet Hygienic warrants that each Valet toilet brush is free from defects in materials and workmanship for the Warranty Period set out below, when used for its intended purpose and in accordance with any care instructions provided.
This warranty covers:
- Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
- Structural failure not caused by misuse, accident, or normal wear and tear
Valet Hygienic reserves the right to supply minor components — including the drip cup and brush bristles — as replacement parts only, rather than replacing the entire product, where this reasonably resolves the defect.
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. bristle wear from ordinary use)
- Damage caused by misuse, negligence, accident, or use other than for its intended domestic purpose
- Damage caused by unauthorised repair, modification, or improper cleaning/storage
- Products purchased second-hand or from an unauthorised reseller
- Cosmetic changes that do not affect the function of the product

Discontinued or unavailable goods
Where the original product, part, or finish is discontinued or otherwise unavailable at the time a valid warranty claim is made, Valet Hygienic may, acting reasonably and using its best knowledge of the product range, replace it with a current or available equivalent that most closely matches the appearance and specifications of the original. This does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
Original owner only
This warranty is extended only to the original purchaser of the product and is non-transferable. It does not apply to any subsequent owner, including where the product is resold, gifted, or otherwise transferred after the original purchase. Proof of original purchase (e.g. order confirmation or receipt in the original purchaser's name) is required for any warranty claim.
